Refund Policy

Single Sessions

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and keep our classes running smoothly:

• ​Cancellations by You (the customer):

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice before the class:

    • Eligible for a full refund, or

    • Option to transfer your booking to another available session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class:

    • Not eligible for a refund, but

    • You may transfer your booking to another available session (subject to space).

  • No-shows (without notice):

    • Unfortunately, these are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations by Us (the provider):

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Multi-week blocks/sessions

When booking a block of classes, your payment secures a place for the full course.

• Cancellations by You (the customer):

  • Up to 72 hours before the start date:

    • Full refund.

  • Less than 72 hours before the start date:

    • No refund, unless we can fill your space from the waitlist.

  • After the course has started:

    • Non-refundable and non-transferable, as your space is reserved for the entire block.

• Cancellations by Us (the provider):

  • If we need to cancel one of the sessions (e.g., due to weather, illness, venue issues):

    • You will receive either:

      • A replacement session arranged on another date, or

      • A pro-rated refund for that class (e.g., 1/6 of the course fee for a 6-week block).

    • If multiple sessions need to be cancelled, the same applies on a per-session basis.
